摘要
均质烧结要求烧结过程中的物质交换、能量交换 (包括交换的物质品种、数量、速度、位置 )始终处于均一状态 ,其产品必然也是均质的。均质烧结的观点是把影响烧结矿宏观均匀性和微观均质性的因素统一起来 ,通过多种烧结技术的优化配合来实现。该技术的最大特点是将目前普遍采用的高负压大风量生产变为了低负压小风量生产 。
The uniform sintering process required that the exchang of material and energy always at the balance state,so the product was also uniform.The idea of uniform sintering was integragting the facters which affecting the sinter mactro-uniformity and micro- uniformity and adopting some technical measures to realize.The characteristics of this process was lower suction pressure and lower air volume, so that the energy consumption was lowered.
