摘要
陕西的能源产业是陕西的支柱产业之一 ,其不仅在陕西经济中占有较大比重 ,在全国经济中也扮演着重要角色。影响陕西能源产业发展的主要因素有能源产业结构不合理 ,能源产业管理缺乏统一机构 ,能源产权界定不合理 ,能源工业投资来源单一和能源开发造成环境污染等。在陕西能源战略上 ,应加大调整产业结构力度 ,建立统一管理机构 ,实施投资来源多样化 ,大力治理环境污染 ,坚持走可持续发展的道路 ;尤其应注意以高新技术和先进适用技术改造能源产业 ,集中力量加以扶持 ,提高其整体水平 ,使陕西能源产业尽快做大做强 ,逐步形成陕西能源产业的整体强势。
Energy Sources industry is one of pillar industries of shaanxi which occupies the major proportion in Shaanxi economy and acts the important role in national economy .There are primary factors that influence the development industry of energy sources industry of Shaanxi .First ,the structure of energy sources industry is irrational. Second ,the management of energy sources industry is short of a united organization . Third,it is irrational the right of property of energy sources industry to be defined. The power of adjusting the struture Should be strengthened. A united managing organzation should be instituted;The source of investment should be diversiformed, we should insist on the energy sources strategy of sustainable development;And we should pay attention to reshape the energy sources industry by high technology to promote their total level and strengthen energy sources industry of shaanxi
