摘要
目的 了解腭裂患者中耳功能 ,为其早期治疗提供依据。方法 选择腭裂患者 2 11例行常规中耳形态及功能检查 ,并与对照组相比较。结果 腭裂患者常伴有不同程度的中耳功能障碍 ,其发病率随年龄的增大逐渐降低 ,但与腭裂类型及发病部位无关。结论 腭裂患者常有中耳功能的障碍 ,应重视其早期预防与治疗。
Objective To understand the function of middle ears of patients with cleft palate, and provide the evidence for early treatment of patients with cleft palate. Methods 211 cleft palate cases were tested, the configuration and function of middle ears of patients were compared with the controlled group. Results The incidence of functional impairment of middle ears are much higher in cleft palate patients than in non-cleft children. Cleft type of palate has no relation to the degree and location of damage of middle ears. There is a tendency that the incidence of functional impairment of middle ears becomes lower with increasing of age in cleft palate patients. Conclusions The functional impairment of middle ears often occurred in the cleft palate patients, measures should be taken for prevention and treatment of diseases for cleft palate patients.
