摘要
目的观察评价对恒牙晚期单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)患者进行正畸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2011年3月~2017年3月在我院正畸科进行正畸治疗的20例UCLP患者作为研究对象,分别测量每位患者在治疗前和扩弓6个月后X线头颅侧位片相关数据,并且对治疗前、扩弓结束以及保持扩弓6个月后牙模型数据进行采集。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者软硬组织部分数据发生明显变化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在尖牙和前磨牙区,治疗后患者牙弓宽度明显增加,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗对恒牙晚期UCLP患者具有较好的治疗效果,患者面部软硬组织部分和咬合程度都得到明显改善,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of orthodontic treatment of patients with complete unilateral cleft lip and palate （UCLP） in late permanent dentition. Methods Twenty patients with UCLP who need orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as subjects from March 2011 to March 2017.The relevant data of the X-ray cranial side before treatment and after six months’ expansion were measured,and the data of dental models before therapy,after expansion and 6 months’ maintain were all collected. Results Compared with the data of the patients before and after treatment,parts of data were significantly changed（P 〈0.05）.In canine and premolar area, arch width was significantly increased after treatment（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment is effective in patients with UCLP in permanent dentition,and the degree of soft and hard tissue and the degree of occlusion are improved obviously,which is of clinical value.
