摘要
目的 :探讨BVI5 32倍频激光治疗各种黄斑水肿的疗效和安全性。方法 :应用法国BVI公司生产的5 32倍频激光治疗 89例 132眼不同的黄斑水肿 ,于黄斑区进行直接或格栅光凝。结果 :糖尿病性黄斑水肿治疗有效 47眼 (占 6 5 .3% ) ,视力提高 2 6眼 (占 36 .1% ) ,视力不变者 35眼 (占 48.6 % )。视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿治疗有效 5 0眼 (占 83.3 % ) ,视力提高 2 8眼 (占 46 .7% ) ,视力不变 2 0眼 (占 33 .3% )。两种黄斑水肿的总有效率为 73.5 % ,视力提高为 40 .9% ,视力不变为 41.7%。结论 :BVI5 32倍频激光治疗各种黄斑水肿疗效肯定 。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effectiveness of the BVI532 overtone laser in the treatment of macular edemas.Methods:89 patients(132 eyes) with a variety of macular edemas underwent treatment with the French BVI532 overtone laser,using direct or grid photo coagulation.Results:There was an improvement rate of 65.3% for diabetic macular edemas and 83.3% for retinal vein occlusions. Vision improved in 36.1% of the patients of diabetic CME,vision improved in 46.7% of RVO CME.Conclusion:There was a definite therapeutic advantage in treating various macular edemas with the BVI532 overtone laser.
