摘要
目的 :为评估氩激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞RVO包括CRVO和BRVO的疗效。方法 :观察了从 1996年 1月～1999年 5月我院 2 5 0例RVO患者氩激光治疗组 12 0眼 (CRVO42眼 ,BRVO78眼 )和对照组 130眼 (CRVO46眼 ,BRVO84眼 )的临床资料 ,并从视力提高、眼底好转、眼底FFA复查好转、病程恢复时间四方面进行疗效比较。结果 :氩激光治疗组较对照组效果明显 ,病程缩短。结论 :氩激光治疗对CRVO和BRVO具有良好的疗效。可以增加视力 ,促进眼底恢复 ,减少CME、视乳头视网膜NV及由此产生的系列并发症的发生 。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of argon laser for the treatment of retinal vein occlusion(RVO,including central retinal vein occlusion CRVO and branch retinal vein occlusion BRVO).Methods:The clinical information of 250 patients(250 eyes) with RVO from January 1996 to May 1999 in our hospital was reviewed,these patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group with120 eyes (CRVO 42 eyes and BRVO 78 eyes)and control group with 130eyes(CRVO 46 eyes and BRVO 84 eyes).We compared the effects of two groups on vision、fundus and fundus fluorescein argiography(FFA) and the cure courses.Results:The effect of argon laser treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the cure course was shortened.Conclusion:Argon laser treatment of CRVO and BRVO has better effect than routine treatment.It can increase vision、improve on recovery of the fundus and decrease the occurence of cystoid macular edema(CME)、disc and retinal neovascularization and other complications.It can shorten the cure course of RVO.
