异丙酚中枢神经系统作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 目前发现异丙酚的全麻作用与GABA及GABAA受体、电压敏感性钙通道、第二信使系统、中枢神经递质的摄 取和释放有关。随着异丙酚的广泛应用又发现其对中枢神经系统尚具有镇痛、镇吐、脑保护及抗惊厥等作用。
