摘要
目的 :建立胆安合剂的质量控制方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对主药成份进行了定性鉴别 ,用薄层扫描法对大黄素含量进行了测定。结果 :定性鉴别色谱特征明显 ,大黄素含量测定线性范围 0 .131～ 1.0 5μg,平均回收率为 10 1.35 % ,RSD为 3.6 %。结论 :建立了该制剂的质量控制标准 ,其鉴别和含量测定方法准确 ,实用 ,并有很好的重现性。
OBJECTIVE:Establish a method for the quality control standard of DanAn mixture.METHOD:The main compounds were identifed by TLC,the emodin content was determined by TLC Scanning.RESULTS:The chacteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.The quantification method had the linear range of 0.131～1.05ug.The average recovery was 99.42%,and RSD was 2.93%.CONCLUSION:The quality standard of the DanAn mixture was provided.The method were accurate reliable with a good reproduciblity.
