摘要
本文就机床主轴箱的瞬态温度分布提供一个近似解.它是热平衡积分方程的解,具有如下优点:1.温度场的解函数是一个初等函数的表达式,所以计算简易,迅速;2.计算精度良好,与精确解对比,具有良好的精度;3.物理概念清楚.各有关参数与箱体温度的相互关系一目了然.
This paper presents an approximate solution of instantaneous temperature distribution of the headstock.The solution of heat balance integration equation possesses following superiorities. .
1. The solution is composed of simple primary functions only, so that it is easy to use and gives higher calculation speeds than other methods.
2. It gives sufficiently high calculation accuracy.
3. It gives clear physical conception about heat transfer in the complicated parts .
