摘要
基于Des.Ruisseaux的移动热源模型及热源迭加原理,推导出立轴矩台平面磨削温度场的积分解,进而分析了砂瓦几何参数对磨削温度的影响规律.理论计算结果表明,砂瓦断续比和砂瓦厚度对磨削温度影响较大,而砂瓦周向节距对磨削温度的影响较小.
An integral solution of vertical spindle surface grinding temperature field is deduced based on the Des.Ruisseaux′s thermal model for moving band heat source and on the heaat source adding principle. Effects of segmented wheel geometric parameters on grinding temperature are analyized. The theoretical calculation shows that the influences of the intermittent ratio and the thickness of segmented wheel on grinding temperature are marked while the peripheny pitch of segmented wheel is small.
