摘要
随着知识经济时代的演进 ,营销观念的发展进入了深度营销时代 ,深度营销就是抓住“深”字做文章 ,将自己“深入”地推销给顾客 ,将产品“深入”地推销给顾客 ,“深入”地了解顾客 ,建立“员工—企业”互相深入了解的机制。它要求企业转变观念 ,重视硬件建设 ,重视人才的引进。
With the evolution of knowledge economy times, the marketing concept has developed into the depth marketing era.The depth-marketing concept means focusing on “depth”,going into the midst of the customers and selling the concept and products to them.It also means the deep understanding of customers and establishing the staff-enterprise mutual understanding mechanism.It calls upon the enterprises to transfer ideas, pay more attention to the foundation construction and the import of talents.
