摘要
研究结果表明 ,当前高师生的教师职业价值观的重要性排序依次为 :个人发展、社会价值、单位发展、人际关系、经济报酬、成就声望、地理环境、家庭影响 ,说明当前高师生的教师职业价值观是积极的。教师职业价值观在性别、学科及年级上具有相当的一致性 。
The research results indicate, in the light of the importance, the professional values of teaching of the students in normal universities can rank as follows: personal development, social value, development of working unit, personal relationship, reward, geographical surroundings, family influence. It shows that the professional values of teaching are positive. Due to the identity of professional values of teaching in sex, subject and grades, educational phenomenon in colleges and universities is conducive to the cultivation of the zeal for engaging in teaching.
