摘要
柞蚕 (Antheraeapernyi)血淋巴超氧化物歧化酶 (SuperoxideDismutase,SOD)的活性随蚕的生长发育呈有规律的动态变化 ;SOD活性在 1~ 4龄随龄递减 ,5龄高于前 4龄 ,蛹期高于幼虫期。同一龄期内 ,以初、末期较高 ,将眠时较低。化蛹后 ,SOD活性迅速升高 ,至蛹中期达峰值 ,随后下降直至羽化。不同性别间SOD活性以雌性较高。不同品种间SOD活性存在较大差异。接种柞蚕核型多角体病毒 (AntheraeapernyiNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus,ApNPV)后 ,血淋巴SOD活性发生显著变化。研究认为 ,柞蚕血淋巴SOD活性与蚕的生长发育。
The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in haemolymph of Antheraea pernyi presented a regularly dynamic change with the growth in the larval and pupal stages.From the 1st to the 4th instar,the SOD activity decreased gradually with the progress of the instars and increased from the 5th instar.The SOD activity was higher in the 5th instar than that of other instars and higher in pupal stage than that of larval stage.In the same instar,it was higher at early and late stage while lower before moulting.After pupation,it increased rapidly and reached the peak at the 6th day,then declined rapidly until emergence.The SOD activity of the female was higher than that of the male.There was great variation of SOD activity among different varieties.Inoculated with Antheraea pernyi Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (ApNPV),the SOD activity presented evident change which varied with vareities.The results showed that there was a very close relationship between the SOD activity and development,metabolism of the Antheraea pernyi.
