摘要
以开化长白苦瓜为材料作外源CPPU处理 ,以研究 CPPU对苦瓜果实生长和内源激素含量的影响 .结果表明 ,10~ 5 0 mg/ L CPPU在开花当天处理子房可以促进苦瓜果实的生长 ,使果长、横径和果重均比对照增加 ,其中又以 2 0 mg/ L处理效果最为明显 ,而 10 0 mg/ L则抑制果实的生长 .HPLC分析表明 ,2 0 mg/ L和 10 0 mg/ L CPPU处理均使果实内源 ZT含量下降 ,ABA含量上升 ;2 0 mg/ L处理使果实内源 IAA和 GA3含量明显上升 ,并在花后
CPPU application test of Momordica charantia L. was conducted in variety of 'Kaihua Changbai'. It was shown that application of CPPU to the ovary at anthesis within the concentration of 10~50 mg/L accelerated fruit growth by increasing the length, diameter and fresh weight of fruits, while 100 mg/L inhibit fruit growth. The HPLC analysis showed that the endogenous ZT content of fruit was lowered and the endogenous ABA content was improved by CPPU treatments at the concentration of 20 and 100 mg/L, and that the endogenous contents of IAA and GA 3 were significantly improved by application of CPPU at 20 mg/L, reaching a peak value 6 days after anthesis.
