摘要
低钾导致净光合速率下降 ,Rubisco及 Rubisco活化酶活性和含量均降低 ,其中尤以 Rubisco初始活性的降低为最大 ;低钾处理水稻抽穗当天剑叶叶绿素含量还高于正常钾处理 ,但随着剑叶衰老 ,降低较快 .外源钾对 Rubisco及 Rubisco活化酶活性影响的研究表明 。
Potassium deficiency resulted in low net photosynthetic rate, low activities and contents of Rubisco and Rubisco activase, and low soluble protein, especially initial activity of Rubisco, but it did not decreased in chlorophyll content at first Activities of both purified Rubisco and crude Rubisco or Rubisco activase were inhibited by addition of 0 1 0 4 mol/L of KCl to incubation reaction, suggesting that potassium ion on enzyme activation was unavailable
