摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳对 6 6只柴达木绒山羊乳样的α 酪蛋白 (α CN)进行了分析。结果表明 ,α CN具有 3种电泳表型而表现出多态性 ;α CNAA ,α CNBB和α CNAB分别占 2 5 8% ,33 3%和 40 9%。α CNA 和α CNB等位基因频率分别为 0 46 2和 0 5 38。
66 Chaidamu down producing goats were used to analyse α casein(α CN)of milk samples by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate.The results were showed that there were three electrophoretic phenotypes on the locus of α CN,showing polymorphism;the frequencies of α CN AA,α CN BB and α CN AB phenotypes were 0.258,0.333 and 0.409,resp;the frequencies of α CN A and α CN B alleles were 0.462 and 0.538,resp.
