摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法和火焰光度法 ,对柴达木黄牛的HB ,KE ,TF ,PTF ,PA ,AMY1,ALPA ,ALPB ,RBC LDH1,S LDH1,α LA ,β LG ,αS1 CN和 β CN14个血液和乳汁生化遗传标记进行了研究。结果发现 :( 1)在被研究的 14种生化遗传标记中有 11种存在多态性 ,多态性基因座比例为 78 6 % ;( 2 )各生化遗传标记的优势等位基因为 :HBA,KEL,TFD,PTFA,PAB,AMY1B,ALPAA,ALPBO,RBC LDH1S,S LDH1S,α LAB,β LGB,αs1 CHB,β CNA;( 3)平均基因杂合度为 0 2 6 77,平均有效等位基因数为 1
Fourteen biochemical genetic markers including HB,KE,TF,PTF,PA,AMY1,ALP A,ALP B,RBC LDH1,S LDH1,α LA,β LG,α s1 CN,β CN in blood and milk for Chaidamu yellow cattle were investigated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and flame photometer.The results were as follows:(1)There was a polymorphism in eleven of fourteen biochmical genetic markers investigated and the proportion of polymorphic loci was 78.6%.(2)The preponderant alleles on the loci of these biochemical genetic markers were HB A,KE L,TF D,PTE A,PA B,AMY1 B,ALPA A,ALPB O,RBC LDH1 S,S LDH1 S,α LA B,β LG B,α s1 CN B,β CN A.(3)The average gene heterozygosity and the average number of effective allele were 0.2677 and 1.4792,resp,on the fourteen loci. \ \
