摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和火焰光度法对青海省19只岩羊13个血液生化遗传基因座的多态性特征进行了研究。结果发现:①FS2、ES3、ES4、S-LDH、S-ALP和TF 6个基因座存在多态性,而KE、HB、AMY1、AMY2、AMY3、ES1、RBC-LDH和RBC-ALP 7个基因座呈单态;②被检岩羊的多态性基因座比例为46.2%,表明岩羊的血液生化遗传基因座有颇大的遗传变异性。
Nineteen blue sheep (Pseudois nayaue) were used to invesigate the polymorphism characters of thirteen biochemical genetic loci by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and flame photometry. The results wers as follows: (1) There was polymorphism on the six loci including ES2, ES3, ES4, S - LDH, S - ALP and TF, and monomorphism on the seven loci including KE, HB, ALY 1, AMY2, ES1, RBC - LDH, RBC - ALP. (2) The proportion of polymorphic loci was 46. 2% in blue sheep examined, suggesting that there was considerable genetic variability on the loci of biochemical genetics in blood of blue sheep.
