Synthesis of Terpene-Hydroquinone Resin

摘要 研究了以无水三氯化铝为催化剂 ,松节油与对苯二酚聚合反应制备萜烯 对苯二酚树脂的情况。用IR、UV对产物进行表征 ,结果表明松节油与对苯二酚聚合得到了萜烯 对苯二酚树脂。探讨了聚合单体投料比、聚合时间、聚合反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对聚合反应的影响 ,得出了聚合反应的适宜条件。 The synthesis of terpene hydroquinone resin with turpentine and hydroguinone was studied, with AlCl 3 as catalyst. The product was analysised by IR and UV, results showed that the product was terpene hydroquinone resin, the reaction condition was probed, the results of the experiments showed that the factors of the influence on the polymerizatin reaction were the concentratin of monomer, temperature, solvents and reaction time. The optimum condition of reaction were that the molar ratio of monomer 1∶0.6~1∶0.8, ratio of the catalyst 5%, temperature 30~40℃, reaction time 4h, etc. The molecular weight average of termpene hydroquinone resin was 930.
