摘要
几丁糖膜的基础性研究报道较多,但还未形成产品。本文主要综述了目前国内外几丁糖膜在创伤敷料、术后防粘连、硬膜修复等方面的作用及制备,为进一步形成产品作指导。
We summarized the effect and preparation of Chitisan film. Chitosan film could be adequateky employed in the future as a wound dressing, effectively reduce postoperative adhesion and renovate putamen. Urease-chitosan film can be applied for enzymatic removal of urea e. g. in the treatment of chronic or acute uraemia.
