摘要
目的 探讨高压氧 (HBO)治疗对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的作用及其机制。方法 应用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。 70只健康雄性 SD大鼠 ,随机分为假手术组 ,缺血对照组 ,缺血 +HBO组 ,缺血 +高压空气组。每大组再各分 5小组 (n=4) ,分别对应 6 ,2 4,48,72 h及 7d时间点断头取脑。观察各组大鼠梗塞灶体积及 Bcl- 2蛋白合成 ,并进行组间比较。结果 早期应用 HBO能减少梗塞灶体积 ,提高半暗带内 Bcl- 2蛋白的合成。结论 早期应用 HBO可能对治疗急性脑缺血有效。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment on the brain following persistent focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods Rat models of persistent focal cerebral ischemia were induced by intraluminal filament occlusion to the middle cerebral artery.Seventy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,ischmia control group,ischemia+HBO group and ischmia+hyperbaric air(HA) group.Each group was further divided into five sub-groups(n=4)with their brains removed at 6,24,48,72 h and 7 d after the formation of ischemia respectively for histological analysis of infarct volume and the expression of Bcl-2.Results When HBO treatment is started early after the formation of ischemia,it can decrease the infarct volume and increase the expression of Bcl-2 in pneumbra.Conclusions HBO may be beneficial to focal cerebral ischemia.
