摘要
目的 :研究复方醋酸氯己定凝胶剂对致病菌的杀灭效果及该制剂对人体的刺激性。方法 :使用标准菌株观察该制剂对致病菌的杀灭效果 ;通过对家兔眼睛、多次皮肤刺激性实验及对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验观察对人体的安全性。结果 :复方醋酸氯己定凝胶剂对致病菌有很高的杀灭率 ,对家兔眼睛及皮肤无刺激性 ,对小鼠骨髓嗜多核细胞微核没有影响。结论 :复方氯己定凝胶剂杀灭细菌迅速并且没有刺激性。
Objective: To study on bactericidal effect on pathogene and irritation to human body.Methods:Standard bacteria strainwas applied for observing the bactericidal effect on pathogene.Multiple irritative experiments on eyes and skin of domestic rabbits and on micronucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice bone marrow were carried out to observe the safety for human body.Results: The efficiency of bactericidal active was high. There is no irritation effect on eyes and skin of rabbits and micronucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice bone marrow.Conclusion: The bactericidal active is rapid and without irritation.
