摘要
目的观察固环胶囊治疗宫内节育器致出血副反应的临床疗效。方法治疗组103例,予固环胶囊;对照组60例,予宫血宁。通过自身和组间对照观察其疗效及部分患者红细胞免疫复合物(RICR)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)的变化。结果治疗组愈显率为76.7%,总有效率为95.1%;对照组分别为80.1%、96.67%,2组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组均有明显减少经量、升高血红蛋白的作用,并能明显降低患者RICR及SIL-2R水平,且固环胶囊缩短经期的作用优于宫血宁(P<0.05)。结论固环胶囊治疗宫内节育器致出血副反应疗效确切。其作用机制可能是通过提高红细胞对机体的免疫调节作用,清除机体中免疫复合物,降低RICR、SIL-2R水平,改善机体免疫功能的结果。
To observe the clinical effect of Guhuan on patients with metrorrhagia caused by intrauterine device. Methods 163 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 103 patients in the treatment group were administrated Guhuan capsule, 60 patients in the control group were treated with Gongxuening. The effective rate and the change of partial patients＇ erythrocyte immune complex（RICR）, soluble interkulin-2 receptor（ SIL-2R） were observed before and after treatment, Results The total effective rate in the treatment and control group was 95.1% and 96.67 % respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）, The level of RICR and SIL-2R significantly decreased and the hemoglobin significandy increased after treatment in beth groups（ P 〈 0.05）, Patients in the treatment group has less metrorrhagia duaration than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Guguan capsule has a definite effect on patients with metrorrhagia caused by intrauterine device , and the possible machenism is that Guhuan capsule can improve body immune system.
