摘要
介绍直接合成法生产溴化氢气体的生产工艺 :氢气与溴素在一特定的反应器里采用铂海绵作催化剂 ,于 35 0℃～ 36 0℃条件下反应 ,合成较为纯净的HBr气体。着重讨论了生产过程中各种因素的影响 ,并介绍了由溴化氢合成的其它相关溴系列产品 ,如二溴甲烷、溴丙烷、β 溴代乙基苯等 ,这些产品采用溴化氢法合成 ,能大大简化生产工艺 。
The synthetic technology of hydrogen bromide by direct method was introduced, hydrogen reacted with bromine at 350 ℃～360 ℃in a special reactor using platinum sponge as catalyst that gave hydrogen bromide with high purity directly.The effect of various factors in the synthesis were emphatically discussed,and the synthesis of other bromo system products from hydrogen bromide were detailed such as dibromomethane,bromopropane,β bromoethyl benzene and so on.By using this method,the synthetic technology of the above compounds can be simplified and the cost can be lowered greatly.
