摘要
二溴甲烷是多种有机化合物的原料,如在农药合成方面,用来合成腈菌唑、二硫氰基甲烷、乙硫磷等,由于其高效、低残留,广谱抗菌等特性,目前正得到国家大力推广。二溴甲烷同时还是一种阻燃剂,其添加到聚合物中能有效地降低塑料燃烧时的燃烧热。但是二溴甲烷对生产工艺的要求比较高,生产难度大,国内生产厂家较少,因此二溴甲烷的生产工艺的研发及改进具有十分重要的应用价值。试验采用高纯HBr气体、新型催化剂和改进了产物的水洗液三种工艺改进措施对二溴甲烷的合成工艺进行了初步研究。主要成果有:(1)采用高纯HBr气体将氢气给反应带来的副作用降到最低。(2)采用酸性催化剂AlCl3提高了原料的转化率。(3)采用Na2CO3溶液作为水系液,最大限度的降低了副反应的发生。
Dibromomethane is one of a material of several organic componds,it is widely used in pesticide compounding,it's products including CH2(SCN)2、C9H22O4P2S4 and so on.Because of It's high efficiency,low remains and as a kind of broad-spectrum antibacterials,they are generally encouraged to be used by the government.At the same time the dibromomethane is also a kind of fire-retardants,it can evidently reduce the quantity of heat given up when the polymer burning.But the dibromomethane demands a high technical product process and the normal method usually with low outputs,so there are fewer factories to produce the dibromomethane.So it is very important to improve away the normal product process and to develop new product methods.This article notes a new mothod about the production of the dibromomethane.This experiment brings three measures to improve the dibromomethane compounding process.It mainly includes:(1)Using high pure HBr gas to insure to low the influence of the H2 gas.(2)Using acidic katalyst AlCl3 greatly improving the outputs of the materials.(3)Using Na2CO3 solution to wash the dibromomethane,so it farthest lowing the other actions.
