摘要
以对羟基苯甲醛、氯仿和氨水为原料,采用相转移催化剂(PTC)和β-环糊精(β-CD)组成混合催化剂,在氢氧化钾的存在下一步合成对羟基苯甘氨酸,收率达91%。探讨了氢氧化钾用量、氯仿用量、β-环糊精用量和PTC用量对反应的影响。开辟了有效合成对羟基苯甘氨酸的新方法,有利于我国抗生素工业的发展。
In the presence of potassium hydroxide, p - hydroxyphenylglycine was synthesized in one step from p - hy-droxybenzaldehyde, chloroform and ammoniausing binary catalyst system of PTC and β- cyclodextrin, 91% yield was obtained . The effects of quantity of base, chloroform,β- cyclodextrin, and PTC. The new method of synthesis of p - hydroxyphenylglycine was developed. It will promote the development of antibiotics in China.
