摘要
词汇教学是提高学生英语水平的重要环节。然而 ,作者对 45 0 0名非英语专业学生的词汇调查却显示出传统词汇教学法的低效与缺陷。本文旨在发现词汇教学的有效途径 ,同时 ,也介绍了作者在教学实践中尝试过的一些以学生为中心的 ,省时有效的词汇教学活动。
Vocabulary Teaching is an important aspect to improve students' English proficiency.However, the vocabulary investigation to 4500 college students reveals the deficiency of our traditional vocabulary teaching.In the paper, the writers intend to find out more efficient ways to teach vocabulary, and some student-centred, interesting, time-saving vocabulary teaching activites they conducted are provided as well.
