摘要
对 15a中收住我科的 183 0例儿童烧 /烫伤的原因 ,进行回顾性调查分析 ,结果表明 :热液烫伤比例最高 ,占 82 5 % (其中热 /沸水占 85 3 % ,热汤和热油等占 14 7% ) ;火焰烧伤占 11 7% ;电烧伤占 4 6%(高压电接触烧伤占电烧伤的 94 1% ) ;其它原因烧伤占 1 2 % .临床上热液烫伤的儿童数量多 ,比例高 ;火焰烧伤病情重 ,原因复杂 ;高压电接触烧伤致残率高 ,应加强对引起儿童烧 /烫伤的各种危险因素的研究与识别 ,为有效预防和降低儿童烧
A survey was carried out on the cause of pediatric burns admitted to Burn Research Center during 1985～1999.Results showed that scalds of hot liquids accounted for 82 5% of the cause of burns,and 85 3% of them were due to scalding of hot water.Flame accounted for 11 2%,while electrical injury was 4 6%,of it 94 1% was high voltage;other kinds of burns were 1 2% including chemical injury and contact thermal injury.The investigation about discerning risks of concerning pediatric urns should be strengthen.
