摘要
观察 4 0例老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中不同时相气腹对呼吸功能的影响 .结果 :气腹 (IAP =1 5kPa)使老年患者肺胸顺应性明显下降 ,但与成年人相比差异无显著性 。
To investigate the influences of pneumoperitoneum on pulmonary function during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in aged patients.Conclusion the pulmonary compliance decread during pneumoperitoneum of LC (IAP=1 5 kPa) on the aged patients.Comparing the results measured at the aged and the adult patients,no signification differences were found.The study indicates that LC for aged patients is feasible.
