摘要
为探讨多药耐药基因P170在宫颈癌中的表达及与化疗的关系 ,采用S -P免疫组化法检测了 70例宫颈癌 ,2 4例CIN及 9例正常宫颈 .结果 :宫颈癌及CIN中P170的阳性表达率显著高于正常宫颈 ,化疗后宫颈癌中的P170阳性率升高 ,P170的阳性表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分型及分化程度无显著关系 .结果表明 。
To explore the relationship between the expression of P-glycoprotin (P170) in cervical carcinoma and the chemotherapy, 70 cases of cervical carcinoma, 24 cases of CIN and 9 cases of normal cervix were examined with S-P immunohistochemistry in this article. Result:The positive expression rates of P170 in cervical carcinoma significantly increased after chemotherapy. No significant relationship was found between P170 positive expression and clinical stage, histologic type and differetiated degree of cervical carcinoma. Detecting P170 in carcinomous tissue has instructive effect on the chemotherapy of cervical carcinoma.
