摘要
本文简要介绍了E -mail的特点 ,从CNNIC的统计结果论述了E -mail在图书馆的用户教育、文献订购、流通服务、参考咨询和信息服务。
Introduced the characteristic of E-mail. Analyzed the statistic result from CNNIC, discussed the widely application foreground of E-mail in library such as consumer training, books booking, read service, consulting, and information service, intercommunion etc.
