摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下如何提高图书馆工作效率是图书馆管理的一个难点问题 ,本文利用西方现代管理科学、行为科学的思想 ,结合图书馆的工作实践 ,以人为本 ,从图书馆组织、非正式组织、馆长、馆员的角度研究图书馆的科学管理 ,探讨上述四者的活动、相互影响及组织的变革 。
Under the socialist market economy,it is a difficulty for library management to improve the working efficiency.This article studies the scientific management of Library from 4 angles:library organization,informal organization,librarian in charge of a library and library worker by the using of the ideas in western modern management science and science of behavior,combining with Library working practice,taking people as the basis to explore the movement,interaction and organization innovation of the 4 angles,then provides a new channel of Library management.
