摘要
对传统图书馆领导者应有能力的内涵提出质疑。提出建立图书馆工作的客观性和个人意愿之间的共同界面,是图书馆领导者应当具备的根本性的能力。并从识、体、悟、权四个方面探讨了如何使自己具备这一能力。
This article puts forward that the ultimate ability of a library leader is to build a common interface between library work and individual willing, and discusses how to build up this ability from four aspects of knowledge, experience, sentiment and power.
