摘要
对龙川县枫树坝水库中的浮游植物的进行了初步研究。通过对 10水样的分析 ,共检出浮游植物 49种 ,其中绿藻门 10属 18种 ,蓝藻门 5属 9种 ,硅藻门 6属 11种 ,裸藻门 2属 10种 ,金藻门 1种 ;水库浮游植物的密度为 0 8× 10 3 ～ 4 87× 10 3 个 L之间 ;浮游植物的Shannon_Weaver多样性指数在多数位点大于 3,均匀度指数均大于 0 5。根据浮游植物的优势种组成、密度及多样性系数的评价结果 。
Studies of phytoplankton were carried out in Fengshuba Reservoir. Forty-nine species including 18 species of Chlorophyta, 11 species of diatoms, 10 species of Euglenophyta and 9 species of Cyanophyta. The dominant species were Dactylococcopsis acicularis, Chromulina ovalis, Trachelomonas volvocina, Melosira italica,Cosmarium tinctum and Chlamydomonas globosa. Densities of phytoplankton were between 0.8×10 3 ind./L and 4.87×10 3 ind./L. Shannon-Weacer index were mostly higher than 3 and evenness were all higher than 0.5.Based on evaluation results of phytoplankton, the trophic status of Fengshuba Reservoir was oligotrophic.
