摘要
根据合金化原理确定了以中碳、高铬、多元合金化设计的少无莱氏体钢 5Cr8Mo2WSiV ,用来制造林业削片刀 ,对其热处理工艺性能及其力学性能进行了系统研究。结果表明 ,奥氏体转变温度在 840℃~ 85 0℃ ,Ms点在 190℃~ 2 30℃之间 ,回火时在5 0 0℃左右有明显的二次硬化现象。根据木材旋切刀的服役条件及其使用性能要求及该钢的热处理特点 ,经优化的热处理工艺为 :10 2 0℃加热淬火 +(5 0 0~ 5 2 0 )℃× 2h回火 2次。为避免回火脆性 ,回火后需油冷 ,从而可获得良好的硬度、弯曲强度和冲击性能 ,满足了木材旋切刀片的使用要求。
Cr8Mo2WSiV steel is characterized as less or non ledeburite steel and preferable for making wood chip cutters.The optimal heat treatment process and the properties of the steel after heat treating were systematically studied.The results show that the critical point for austenite transformation of the steel is about 840℃~850℃,and the Ms point is between 190℃~230℃,the steel shows apparent secondary hardening at about 500℃ during tempering.In accordance with the service conditions,the property requirements of wood chip cutter and the heat treatment characters of the new steel,the strengthen toughening heat treating process was optimized.Hardened at 1020℃ and twice tempered at 500℃~520℃ for 2h respectively with oil cooling to prevent tempering brittleness,the steel is of excellent combination of hardness,bending strength and impact properties,which can totally met the service demands for the cutters.Hence,steel 5Cr8Mo2WSiV is,with its easy heat treating nature and good mechanical properties,a new kind of tool steel specially for heavy duty using in wood cutting machine industry.
