摘要
研究了奥氏体化温度对Cr17Ni2钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随淬火加热温度的升高,碳化物向奥氏体中逐渐溶解,在1050℃加热时碳化物已完全溶解,其冷后组织中δ铁素体量增加。
The effect of austenitizing temperature on the microstructures and properties of Cr17Ni2 steel has been studied.The results show that the amount of δ ferrite increases with increasing austenitizing temperature,and the dissolution of carbides into austenite continuously increases with increasing austenitizing temperature and completes at 1050℃.The impact toughness and hardness were correlated well with the microstructure.
