摘要
研究了 35CrMo钢密封面的激光表面淬火工艺、淬火层的组织及硬度分布 ,探讨了用激光表面淬火技术取代渗氮处理的可能性。结果表明 ,对工件形变要求较严格的密封面 ,采用激光表面淬火工艺进行强化处理是可行的。
In this paper,the laser surface hardening process and the microstructures and hardness distribution for sealing face of 35CrMo steel were studied.The feasibility replacing nitriding by laser surface hardening was discussed.The results showed that sealing face can be strenghened by laser surface hardening process.
