摘要
利用扫描电镜和x射线衍射仪,对40Cr钢进行搭接淬火,结果表明,激光硬化表面是由交替的淬火组织(包括二次淬火组织)和回火组织组成。
The microstructure of 40Cr steel treated by overlapping laser transformation hardening has been studied in detail by means of SEM and x-ray diffractometer. The results show that the whole laser hardening surface consists of quenching microstructure (including the second quenching microstructure) and tempering microstructure interchangeably.
