摘要
以硬质合金为研究对象 ,在静止的电解液中 ,采用工件旋转与施加脉冲电流相结合的方法加工微型环槽 ,简化了工具电极及电解装置 ,获得了较好的加工质量 ,并对加工过程进行了分析。
Basic principle of electrolytic machining is summarized in this paper.The hard alloy is taked as research object,a method of combining rotating workpiece with applying pulse current is used to cut the tiny annular groove in static electrolyte,so electrod and electrolytic device are simplified,better machining quality has been obtained and machining process is analysed.
