极脉冲电解加工变截面孔研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了解决变截面孔电解加工工序繁琐,形状精度差,工具电极难加工等问题。在理论分析的基础上,进行了管状电极脉冲电解加工变截面孔研究。通过理论推导出管状电极脉冲电解加工的主要控制因素:间隙侧面电流Is,结合工艺试验,实现管状电极脉冲电解加工变截面孔,分析影响Is的工艺因素。该方法简化了变截面孔加工工序,提高加工效率,实现尺寸精度的可控性。 To address the problems,such as the complicated electrolytic processing procedure of variable cross-sectional aperture,poor shape accuracy,difficult processing to electrode,and the like,Based on theoretical analysis,this paper researched the tubular electrode pulse electrolytic processing variable cross-sectional aperture.Based on theoretical derivation,this paper proposed the main controlling factors of tubular electrode pulse electrolytic processing-gap side electric current I_s,and the test realized tubular electrode pulse electrolytic processing variable cross-sectional aperture and analyzed technology factors affecting I_s.This approach simplifies the manufacturing processes of variable cross-sectional aperture,and improve processing efficiency,to achieve the controllability of dimensional accuracy.
