摘要
利用摩擦纺技术将可溶性维纶以一定包覆比包覆于毛单纱表面。经过水和烘燥处理后 ,维纶纤维形成薄膜附着在毛单纱表面 ,可使毛单纱的强度增加 ,毛羽减少 ,耐磨性提高 ,提高毛纱单经单纬织造性能 ,便于开发出轻薄舒适的毛纺新产品。
The surfaces of wool single yarn are covered by soluble polyvinyl alcohol using friction spinning.Disposed by passing though water and drying,polyvinyl alcohol form a film which cling to the surface of single wool yarn,increasing the strength of yarn,decreasing yarn hairs,improving the abrasiveness,heightening the weaving properties of single warp and single weft,being benefit to the development of light and comfort wool products.
