摘要
探讨止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾组织糖化终产物 (AGEs)的影响。采用STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型 ,观察止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs、尿白蛋白的影响。结果显示止消通脉宁可明显降低糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白及肾组织AGEs含量 (P <0 0 1)。说明止消通脉宁可明显降低糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs含量。
The effects of Zhixiaotongmaining Extract (ZE) on renal advance glycation end products (AGEs) and urinary albumin were observed in the rats with STZ induced diabetes. The results showed that ZE could remarkably reduce the amounts of renal AGFs and urinary albumin.
