摘要
目的 用黑腹果蝇的生存试验来检测烹调剩油对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响。方法 收集 8h内羽化而未交配的果蝇进行雌雄分组 ,每个浓度组 2 0 0只果蝇 ,雌雄各 8个浓度组 ,每 2天记录果蝇存活数 ,每 4天更换培养基 ,直至果蝇全部死亡。结果 各浓度组雌雄果蝇在半数死亡时间、平均寿命和平均最高寿命等指标均明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 表明烹调油烟有明显缩短果蝇寿命的作用。
Objective To detect the influence of edible oil from railway dining car to drosophila melanogaster's longevity by drosophila longevity test.Methods Collecting and grouping the drosophilas that hatched in 8 hours and did not copulated yet,each concentration group had 200 drosophilas,both female and male had 8 concentration groups,registered the survival number of drosophila per 2 days and replaced the culture medium per 4 days till all the drosophilas died.Results No matter half life-span?mean line-span or maximal mean life-span,the significance of difference between experiment groups and control group were marked( P <0 01).Conclusion The edible oil had obvious effect of shortening the drosophila melanogaster's longevity.
