迷迭香提取物延缓衰老作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨迷迭香提取物在延缓衰老方面的作用。给果蝇饲喂不同剂量(0、1、3、5 mg/mL)的迷迭香提取物,利用果蝇生存试验研究迷迭香提取物对果蝇寿命的影响,于30 d测定果蝇超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明各剂量组均能延长果蝇的寿命,并随着迷迭香提取物浓度的增大,在一定浓度范围呈剂量-效应关系。3 mg/mL剂量组可显著提高果蝇体内SOD和CAT活力,降低MDA含量。迷迭香提取物可以提高果蝇体内抗氧化酶活性,抑制脂质过氧化,具有延缓衰老的作用。 To study the effects of Rosemary extract on delaying aging.Drosophila were kept on the medium made by Rosemary extract with 4 content of 0,1,3,5 mg/mL.Longevity test were carried out to find the effects of Rosemary extract on the lifespan.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and the content of maleic diadehyde(MDA) were tested after being raised for 30 days.Every test groups prolong the lifespan of drosophila.With the increase of Rosemary extract,aging is delayed in a dose-response relationship.3 mg/mL test group could significantly increase the activities of SOD and CAT and decrease MDA content.The activities of antioxidant enzymes could be enhanced and lipid peroxide could be inhibited by Rosemary extract,which might be one of the reasons for prolonging the lifespan of Drosophila.
