摘要
以EDTA、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和磷酸为主要成分的复合催化剂 ,采用直接苷化法合成了十二烷基葡萄糖苷 (C12 -APG) ,考察了此非均相反应体系中的反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及醇糖比对反应过程的影响。实验结果表明 ,在最佳的工艺条件下 ,反应时间为 3 5h ,糖苷得率可达到 132 4%。
In this article,dodecyl-polyglucoside was synthesided by the direct reaction of glucose and laurel alcohol useing a complex catalyst consist of the EDTA,C 12 -LBS and phosphori acid A process for synthesis C 12 -APG at different reacting temperature,time,catalyst and ratio of dodecanoland glucose was studied.Experiment show,at the better reaction condition,obtainable glucoside yield 132 4 % when reactive time was 3 5 h.Action mechanism and application properties of the APG was discussed
