摘要
目的 :研究萘哌地尔缓释骨架片的释放度影响因素和释放机理。方法 :通过单因素考察 ,研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素 (HPMC)的粘度、用量、粒径及乳糖、粘合剂、卡波姆用量对萘哌地尔缓释骨架片释放的影响 ,运用Ritger-Peppas方程及Peppas修正式分析了释放机理。结果 :HPMC的种类、用量影响萘哌地尔缓释骨架片的释放 ,HPMC粒径、乳糖和粘合剂的用量在实验范围内不影响其释放 ,加入卡波姆可减慢释放 ,其释放为Fick扩散和凝胶骨架溶蚀两种机制协同作用。结论 :萘哌地尔缓释骨架片的释放受HPMC的种类、用量及卡波姆的影响 ,释放可以用Hix conCrowell。
OBJECTIVE:To study the influence factors and release mechanism of the release in the naftopidil sustained-release matrix tablet. METHODS:By single factor studies, author studied the effect of HPMC viscosity, content, and particle size and the content of lactose, bond, and carbopol on the naftopidil sustained-release matrix tablet. The release mechanism was analyzed by appling Ritger-Peppas equation and Peppas modified formula. RESULTS:HPMC category, content influenced the release, but HPMC particle size, lactose and bond content don't influence the release in the study range and carbopol slowed the release. The release is the coupled action of diffusion and erosion mechanism. CONCLUSION:The release of naftopidil sustained-release matrix tablet is influenced by HPMC category, content and carbopol content. The release is evaluated and quantitatively analyzed by Hixcon Crowell, Ritger-Peppas equation and Peppas modified formula.
