摘要
用萘普生释放度为指标研究萘普生缓释片的处方组成、制备工艺。自制片与对照片(美国Syntex公司的产品)释放度相似,初步稳定性考察符合标准。结果表明在一般条件下我们的自制片约可保存两年,具有开发的价值。
The formulation and technology of the naproxen sustainedrelease tablets were evaluated according to their release rate. It was observed that the prepared tablets of our formulation had the similar release behavoir to that of the products obtained from Syntex Co., USA. The preliminary stability tests were also conducted, resulting in thai the tablets could be stored under the general storage conditions, for more than two years and be of value in further development.
