摘要
目的 :研究乳腺癌组织端粒酶活性的表达 ,探讨端粒酶活性在恶性肿瘤诊断和病情进展中的意义。方法 :采用改良TRAP -银染法检测 30例乳腺癌端粒酶活性并以 30例癌旁组织作对照。结果 :30例乳腺癌组织 ( 86.67% )表达阳性 ,其中 18例术前针吸活检组织 ( 83.33% )表达阳性 ,而癌旁组织 ( 13% )表达阳性 ,两组间比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :端粒酶活性见于绝大多数乳腺癌 ,可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用 。
Objective:To study the telomerase activity expresse in Breast cancer.Methods:The tissue of Breast Cancer and of side cancer from 30 patients with breast cancer were collected.Telomerase activity was examined by changed TRAP Ag dyed assay.Results:twenty six of thirty tumour samples expressed telomerase activity(86.67%).thirteen of thirty tissue of side cancer were detected telomerase activity(13.33%).( P <0.001).Conclusion:In this study,the authors found that telomerase activity was high expressed in breast cancer.It suggest that telomerase activity assay may be used in diagnosis of breast cancer.
