西部大开发 ,生态环境建设是基础和关键 ,而内蒙古西部恶劣的生态环境将是制约西部大开发的最大障碍。探讨内蒙古西部生态环境建设不仅是促进当地经济发展的需要 ,同时也是促进社会进步和民族振兴的根本需要。
In West Wide Open,eco-environment is key and basic. However,adverse eco-environment in westerm Inner Mongolia is the biggest barrier to restrict the West Wide Open. Discussion on ecoenvironment in western Inner Mongolia is not only the need to promote the local economic development,but also the fundamental need to promote the social advancement and national development.
