摘要
通过对内蒙古西部地区生态环境建设和城镇化中存在的问题的研究,得出生态建设和城镇化之间的辩证关系,并提出内蒙古西部生态环境建设和城镇化的对策和建议,强调生态伦理人类生存的道德。
The dialectical relationship between ecological construction and urbanization was concluded through studying the problems in ecological environment construction and urbanization in western region of Inner Mongolia. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for ecological environmerit construction and urbanization in western hmer Mongolia, which emphasized the ecological ethics and morality of human survival.
